About Amani

Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember. As a child, my happiest moments were spent around the large family table in my grandparents’ home in Iraq, where my grandmother prepared fragrant, hearty meals infused with her own unique twists. Her mastery of classic Arabic and Middle Eastern recipes inspired my lifelong love for cooking.

Years later, these cherished memories shaped my journey in the UK, where my home became a gathering place for family and friends. The aroma of slow-cooked saffron lamb and rosewater-infused honey dumplings often filled the air, evoking the warmth and comfort of Middle Eastern hospitality. Now, I want to share this culinary passion with you—bringing the rich, vibrant flavours of Middle Eastern cuisine straight to your table.
